Abstract
On the surface the Java 2D and Java Advanced Imaging APIs may look like the swiss army cutlery of
your dreams. But how does it all add up when your hands starts to get dirty? This session will discuss
the problems related to feeding high quality image content through thin wires and outline how a pure
Java internet imaging server was implemented on top of this technology.
