Introduction to Rational Unified Process (RUP)
RUP is an iterative system development process that focus on risk,
architecture and visual models.
The tutorial will take you through the iterations and planning of the
iteration phases. You will learn about the phases: Inception,
Elaboration, Construction and Transition.
You will explore the many works flows such as: Business Modeling,
Requirements, Analysis & Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment,
Project Management, Configuration & Change Management.
The building blocs of UML like: Actors, use cases, classes, objects and
packages will also be explained..
The tutorial is structured as a game where you will test your knowledge
and learn from others.
After a tutorial in RUP you will know the purpose of the
development process and the basic terms and concepts of RUP.
