Abstract: If you do code and project reviews on a regular basis you discover
certain patterns that are - unfortunately - quite common. This talks
shows them - and of course it also explains how to avoid them or get
rid of them. While some are related to code we will not stop at that
level - problems in design and architecture might be just as bad or
even worse.
